Booth area fee
There is a one-time registration fee of 350 EUR, which must be paid by the exhibitor. In return for paying the registration fee, you can occupy the most favorable available stand, and we will include the company’s name and details in the official magazine and exhibitor list on the website free of charge.
Further costs will be determined based on the size of the area you would like to rent, as there is a price per square meter.
Stand Packages
It is not compulsory to order any stand packages. Each exhibitor can decide whether they would like to use their own setup, which could include a pre-made installation, back wall, or something similar.
The organizer also offers stand packages if the exhibitor decides to order the installation. These packages include various services, but all of them consist of electricity, carpet, and the installation.
Media Kit
Media advertising options can enhance your visibility before and during the exhibition. It is a great tool if your company wants to maximize the marketing of its brand.
Available options are sponsorships, advertisements in printed media which is distributor before and during the event (program booklet, visitor guide, Today), online banner advertisements, newsletters, billboards, citylights, roll-ups, video advertising, and more…
