For Visitors
It is FREE to visit the exhibition but a registration is required. Registration will be possible through the website and also at the venue free of charge.
Opening hours:
Thursday, Friday: 09.00-18.00
Saturday: 09.00-17.00
For Exhibitors
Exhibitors receive an “Exhibitor Manual” after the registration which contains all the information about the event.

For Conference participants
CME Credit points: 8/day
Accredited hours: 8/day
During the 3 days, 24 Credit points or 24 Accredited hours can be acquired.
Full day hand’s-on courses are accredited as 8 Credits or 8 Accredited hours, while Half day hand’s-on courses are accredited as 4 Credits or 4 Accredited hours.
Credit points certificate will be sent after the event within 4 weeks in email.
On-site payment
Conference tickets are also available onsite but at full price!
Tickets can be purchased at the cash desk located at the entrance.
Accepted currencies are HUF and EUR, while credit card payments are also possible.
Buffet, meal
During the event, HUNGEXPO’s main restaurant is open continuously.
Access, parking
Parking is free for conference participants and visitors inside the fair centre and also in the surrounding streets.
The event is also accessible by public transport.
